  • We collect information you provide (e.g., name, username, email, support messages) and certain information automatically (device info, usage analytics, crash logs). Location is collected only if you allow it.
  • Photos are stored locally by default. If you choose to upload photos/text for optional server processing (including AI-assisted features), processing occurs on our own servers, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted immediately after completion.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdraw consent by emailing us. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

  • Automatically collected: device information, usage analytics, crash logs/diagnostics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (where applicable): for login sessions and preferences (may include web beacons in web-based components).

Limiero may offer optional automated features to help draft or generate content (such as item titles and stories), which may include AI.

  • Your control: you choose whether to upload photos/text for this purpose.
  • Where processing happens: on Limiero’s own servers.
  • No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share uploaded photos/text with third parties for these features.
  • Deletion after processing: uploaded inputs and generated outputs are deleted immediately after processing completes. Minimal operational logs without photo/story content may be retained for security and reliability.
  • No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition or create biometric templates; photos are not used for marketing or model training.

6) How We Disclose / Share Information

  • With your consent (when you explicitly direct us).
  • Service providers / entrusted processing (limited vendors helping run the Service, under contractual obligations).
  • Legal and safety (to comply with law, protect rights, and prevent harm).
  • Business transfers (e.g., merger or acquisition, with safeguards).

7) International Transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Usage/analytics: up to 12 months.
  • Customer support: up to 6 months.
  • AI-assisted processing uploads: deleted immediately after processing completes.

11) Children and Teen Users (17+)
