Terms of Service

The rules for using Limiero.

Effective Date: May 16, 2026
Provider: Limiero Team
Audience: 17+

1) The Service

Limiero helps you capture the stories behind cherished belongings. You can take photos of keepsakes, add personalized titles and stories, and organize them into a chronological memory timeline to revisit anytime.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

2) Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement where you live.

3) Accounts

  • Provide accurate account information (name/username/email).
  • Keep your credentials secure.
  • Update your information if it changes.

You are responsible for activities under your account.

4) Your Content

Your content includes photos, titles, stories, notes, and other materials you submit, upload, or store through the Service.

Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Limiero a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display it only to operate and provide the Service to you.
  • No facial recognition / biometrics: Limiero does not perform facial recognition or create biometric templates from photos.
  • Optional AI-assisted features: if you choose to upload photos/text for optional server processing (including AI-assisted drafting of titles/stories), you authorize Limiero to process that content on Limiero’s own servers to generate the requested result. Uploaded inputs and generated outputs are deleted immediately after processing completes as described in our Privacy Policy.

5) Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law).
  • Do not disrupt the Service, bypass security, or abuse access controls.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Do not use the Service to distribute malware or spam.

6) Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments (If Applicable)

If the Service offers paid features, pricing and renewal terms will be shown in the app. Payments and refunds (if any) may be handled by the App Store and subject to Apple’s rules.

7) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be preserved without loss.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limiero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limiero’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Limiero for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $50 if you paid nothing), whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10) Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Limiero harmless from claims and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to comply with law or protect the Service.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Limiero’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at sernnrnych6393@outlook.com and attempt to resolve disputes informally.

If informal resolution fails, you and Limiero agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access. Arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction of Limiero’s principal place of business, in English.

Class action waiver: to the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative proceeding.

14) Contact
